1. ORDERS

1.1 Do I have to open an account to shop with you?

No, it's not necessary. You can shop and check out as a guest any time.

However, by creating an account with us, you will be able to order without having to enter your details every time and you will be able to view the history of your purchases. You can sign up now or you can start shopping and create your account before checking out on the cart page.

1.2 How can I / create an account?

Click “Login / Register” followed by “Create an account” and enter your personal details.

1.3 How do I order?

Purchase the items you want and add them to your cart. When you're done, you can view your cart and check out. Please check and make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 I'm having trouble adding items to my cart

You will be able to add items as long as they are available. There may be a time when the item is in someone else's cart, making it “Temporarily Unavailable.”

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Can I modify and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to prepare your orders efficiently and minimize errors. We recommend that you check your order before sending it. We will still be at your disposal to try to help you.

1.7 How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm that it has been received. However, please note, orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and your billing and delivery address verified.

2. SHIPPING

2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2.2 How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the courier to which the package is entrusted. Shimmershine is not responsible for delays due to force majeure, such as technical problems, weather delays or courier delays. We also remind you that deliveries may slow down during holiday periods.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

The tracking will be sent to you by email from the company entrusted with the shipment.

2.4 How do I calculate shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for all orders over €49.90. For all other amounts the shipping cost is calculated during check-out taking into account the place of delivery and the volume of the package.

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect deliveries once your order has been confirmed. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct shipping address.

2.6 There is an item missing from my order, what should I do?

We always check the order before sending it but if this should happen contact our customer service at info@shimmershine.it and we will reply as soon as possible.

2.7 I received a faulty item, what should I do?

Shimmershine always checks its products before shipping them but it is possible that they may suffer damage during transport. Contact us at info@shimmershine.it and we will help you as soon as possible.

2.8 I haven't received my package, what should I do?

Contact us at info@shimmershine.it, we will try to verify the status of the shipment with the courier to whom the package was entrusted.
